Cowgirls Unlimited Ranch
CU Ranch was created with you in mind.
Not for everyone— but for those who are ready to remember.
To reconnect. To slow down. To step back into something real.
This ranch isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
Owner and operator Karissa Dean moved to Molalla in 2025 to reset her life. Taking on a century-old property wasn’t for the faint of heart. It required grit, vision, and a willingness to build something from the ground up—without having it all figured out.
And that’s exactly what CU Ranch is.
A space in motion.
A place being built with intention, one step at a time.
CU Ranch was created as a space for:
Healing
Connection
Coming back to yourself
To reconnect with nature. With your people.
With the parts of you that get lost in the noise of everyday life.
This is a place where you can stay, play, and breathe again.
This space is for those who appreciate what it is.
For the ones who don’t need everything polished—
but want something real.
For the ones who feel the pull toward something quieter, deeper, and more grounded.
Meet Karissa
Karissa Dean is an equestrian at heart and an entrepreneur to her core.
She has built and operated multiple businesses, and now chooses to root her energy here—creating something meaningful that others can experience and share.
Alongside her daughter, dogs, and drum horses, she’s building a life that reflects what she values most: freedom, connection, and presence.
She’s also a coach for female entrepreneurs and executives, helping them step into bold, expansive lives and businesses. With a background in dance, trucking, and yoga, her path hasn’t been linear—but it’s been intentional.
And that’s the energy behind everything here.
CU Ranch is still in its early stages—and it will continue to evolve.
But what’s here now is something special. Something grounded. Something a little wild. Something sacred.
Whether you’re passing through, bringing your horse, or creating a moment to step away from life as you know it - You’re welcome here.
COME EXPERIENCE IT.
Come stay. Come ride. Come reconnect.
And maybe…come discover something in yourself you didn’t expect to find.
