Important to Know
This is a working ranch and barn environment - not a traditional hotel. You will be around horses, equipment, and active ranch operations. There will be staff onsite and living in the home.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and awareness. Please be respectful of the animals, space, and environment at all times.
Our resident animals are part of the family and are here to be admired - not ridden. Please enjoy visiting with them, but do not feed them.
We do not offer horse rentals or riding lessons. Guests who would like to ride are welcome to bring their own horses and enjoy the trails and facilities.
No horse? No problem. You’re still welcome to stay, walk the property, unwind, and experience the beauty, peace, and charm of ranch life.

❋ What to Expect
Check-in window extends from 2pm-7pm, ETA will be requested on arrival date. Late arrivals must be arranged in advance. Guests must check out by 12pm.
Kitchenette includes a small fridge, coffee maker, electric hot plate & air fryer.
Parking available in designated areas.
Bedding will be provided for the private barn room and loft space. If you choose to use the bunk room, you will need to provide your own bedding.

Dogs may be allowed with prior approval only.
Must be well-behaved, controlled and respectful of livestock.
Must not chase or disturb horses or other animals. There will be other dogs and cats on the property.
❋ House Rules
No smoking or open flames of any kind.
Be respectful of the space, animals, and others onsite.
Do not enter horse areas or handle animals without permission.
Close gates and doors behind you.
Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
❋ Care of the Space
Please leave the space in good condition.
Any damage to bedding, furniture, or property is the responsibility of the renter.
Pack it in, pack it out - please do not leave excessive mess or litter.
